Concept Design
We work with you to create the custom design solutions in response to your brief keeping your budget in mind. At this stage, it will be determined if planning permit is required.
Design Development
Once the concept is finalized, detailed floor plans and elevations will be drawn. We will start incorporating your preliminary selection of materials and finishes to the design. Design will take into account the legislative requirements for the area.
Planning Permit
Planning permit application is prepared with all the required drawings and documents for submission. If Council request for further information, additional drawings or written reports will be prepared for submission.
WORKING DRAWINGS
Based on the approved Planning Permit documents, Construction drawings will be prepared. We will be liaising with all the relevant consultants to prepare a complete construction document.
All the internal and external fittings and fixtures will be selected at this stage to prepare a complete set of documentations. .
BUILDING PERMIT
Drawings and documents are prepared including a complete Application for a Building Permit. We will liaise with approved Building Surveyor to make sure drawings and documents covers all the relevant building regulations.
BUILDING QUOTES
Tender Package is prepared you can share with the builders of your choice. This will include all the documents the builder needs to review so they can provide an accurate quote.
